Antipasto Made Easy
There are literally hundreds of ways to make an antipasto and all of them right. Antipasto means "before the meal" in Italian. Antipasto used to mean light appetizers to nibble on before the big meal. In recent times it has come to be a meal in itself. Below is our suggestion on how to make a simple antipasto. Pastene Antipasto
Ingredients:
- How many it serves is up to you. This one can serve about 20 or more
- 1 12oz. jar Pastene Marinated Artichokes
- 1 15oz. jar of Pastene Marinated Mushrooms
- 1 6.5oz jar of Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 10oz jar Pastene Salad Olives
- 1 12oz jar Pastene Roasted Peppers
- 1 12oz jar Pastene Peperoncini
- 1 can Pastene Rolled Anchovies w Capers
- 2 1/2 lbs. sliced sharp provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Genoa salami, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Mortadella, thinly sliced
Pastene Olive Tray
Ingredients:
- 1 6.5oz jar of Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 6oz. jar Pastene Pitted Large Ripe Olives
- 1 10oz jar Pastene Sicilian Olives
- 1 10oz jar Pastene Stuffed Queen Olives
- 1 10oz jar Pastene Greek Black Olives
- 1 7oz jar Pastene Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
Directions for both:
