Best GF pasta I’ve ever had. Recently forced to cut gluten from my Italian blood and diet. I’m praying Pastene makes this in all pasta shapes. It tastes exactly like the regular pasta just a bit tougher which isn’t bad. Just cook a little longer than regular pasta.

The importer of authentic Italian foods and ingredients, sells gluten-free options like their GF Penne Rigate or GF Spaghetti in stores. This is one of several GF recipes from Pastene you can find online.
