|1 can||Pastene Artichoke Hearts, well drained|
|3 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||Pastene Olive Oil|
|1 tbsp||Pastene Minced garlic|
|salt and pepper|
- Refrigerate artichoke hearts until chilled. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over artichoke just before serving.
