Artichokes in Lemon Dressing


4 Servings
1 canPastene Artichoke Hearts, well drained
3 tbspfresh lemon juice
2 tbspPastene Olive Oil
1 tbspPastene Minced garlic
salt and pepper


  • Refrigerate artichoke hearts until chilled. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to make the dressing. 
  • Pour dressing over artichoke just before serving.
