    Pancetta and Fresh Herb Crostini


    10-12 Pieces
    8 slices ofpancetta, diced
    1 tbspPastene Minced Garlic
    1/2Pastene Olive Oil
    2 tbspfresh parsley, chopped
    1 tbspfresh chives, chopped
    1/3 cupPastene Grated Romano Cheese
    1 wholeFrench baguette


    • Preheat the oven to 350℉. In a skillet, cook pancetta until crisp and reserve. 
    • Cut bread into slices (½ inch thick) and arrange on a baking sheet. Top with pancetta and Romano cheese. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes and serve.
