Pastene Focaccia Bread


Serves 12
Pastene Pizza Dough
Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Pastene Balsamic Glaze, for finishing
1 cupPastene Deli Sliced Pepper Rings, drained
½ cupPastene Sliced Black Olives
1 cupPastene Double Roasted Pepper Strips, drained
1 cupparsley
1/2 tspsalt


  • Make the pizza dough according to instructions.
  • Preheat oven to 450 
  • Decorate your toppings in any way you want to and brush all your veggies and herbs with a bit of olive oil to prevent burning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until focaccia bread is nice and golden.
  • After the bread has cooled a bit, drizzle some balsamic glaze for the perfect finish.
