Pesto Meatballs

Ingredients

Serves 4
Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 lbsground beef or turkey breast
1 ½ cupsPastene Plain Bread Crumbs
½ cupPastene Basil Pesto Sauce
⅓ cupPastene Grated Parmesan Cheese
2eggs
salt and pepper

Directions

Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 20-25 minutes

  • Heat oven to 375° F. Line baking sheet with foil and coat foil with olive oil.
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients, excluding the oil, until well combined. Shape mixture into balls; place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of meatballs reads 165°F.
