Prosciutto and Fresh Herb Crostini


10-12 Pieces
8 slices ofProsciutto
1 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
1/2Pastene Olive Oil
2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbspfresh chives, chopped
1/3 cupPastene Grated Romano Cheese
1 wholeFrench baguette


  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Cut bread into slices (½ inch thick) and arrange on a baking sheet. Dress with olive oil and toast for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Mix garlic, fresh herbs together to make a light paste. Smear on to sliced bread. Top with prosciutto and Romano cheese.
