Ingredients

3 ozcream cheese
1/2 cupranch dressing
3/4 cupPastene Italian Style Bread crumbs
¼ cupPastene Deli-Sliced Peperoncini
8 stripsbacon, cooked and crumpled
1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
1/3 canPastene Sliced Ripe Olives, drained
1/2 jarPastene Diced Pimientos, drained
1/4 cupPastene Sliced Jalapeño Peppers, diced
8flour tortillas
8 thinslices deli ham
8 thinslices deli turkey
8 thinslices deli roast beef
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and ranch dressing until well blended.
  • In another bowl, combine the bacon, onion, olives, pimientos, sliced peperoncini, and sliced jalapeno peppers.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over tortillas.
  • Layer with ham, turkey, and roast beef.
  • Sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheddar cheese.
  • Roll up and serve immediately.
