3 | large potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chunks | |
2 tsp | salt | |
2 tsp | freshly ground pepper | |
3 tbsp | Pastene garlic oil | |
1/3 cup | heavy cream | |
1/3 cup | freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
- In a 2-quart saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Add the salt and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are very tender.
- Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients. Mash and serve hot.
