|3||large potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chunks|
|2 tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|3 tbsp||Pastene garlic oil|
|1/3 cup||heavy cream|
|1/3 cup||freshly grated parmesan cheese|
- In a 2-quart saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Add the salt and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are very tender.
- Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients. Mash and serve hot.
