Garlic Mashed Potatoes


4 Servings
3large potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chunks
2 tspsalt
2 tspfreshly ground pepper
3 tbspPastene garlic oil
1/3 cupheavy cream
1/3 cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese


  • In a 2-quart saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  • Add the salt and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are very tender.
  • Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients. Mash and serve hot.
