|⅔ cup||Pastene Garlic Oil|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|2 sprigs||fresh thyme|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|salt and pepper to taste|
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Skin chicken and remove visible fat; brush with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Coat chicken
- Cook in oven for 35-40 minutes, turning once or twice to brown all sides. Serve hot.
