    Gazpacho Pastene Style


    6-8 Servings
    1 canPastene Kitchen Ready Tomatoes, peeled
    3cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
    2red onion, chopped
    2 tbspPastene Minced garlic
    1green pepper, chopped
    1/4 cupPastene Wine Vinegar
    1 cupPastene Plain Breadcrumbs
    1/4 cupPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cupchicken stock
    2 tbspPastene Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tsptabasco sauce
    garlic croutons
    fresh coriander


    • In a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients except croutons and coriander, in batches if necessary.
    • Refrigerate at least six hours or overnight. Serve chilled, sprinkled with garlic croutons and fresh coriander.
