|1 ½ tsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|2 Tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|¼ cup||Pastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar|
|2 Tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|hot sauce to taste|
|½ tsp||freshly ground black pepper|
|½ cup||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
- Whisk together the garlic, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, you can combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
