Prosecco Wine Vinaigrette


Makes about 1 ½ cups
1 ½ tsp Pastene Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup Pastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
hot sauce to taste
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ cup Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Prep time: 5-10 minutes 

  • Whisk together the garlic, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. 
  • Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified. Alternatively, you can combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
