    Spicy Italian Marinade


    Makes about 1 cup
    1/3 cupPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cupdry white wine
    2 tbspPastene Minced Garlic
    1red onion, finely chopped
    1 tbspchopped fresh parsley
    1 tspdried oregano
    3Pastene Hot Finger Peppers, finely chopped
    salt and pepper


    • In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork.
    • Use this marinade for any type of meat.
    • Meat should marinate for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
