|1 cup||vegetable stock|
|1 cup||chicken stock|
|2 cups||tomato juice|
|1 cup||Pastene Kitchen Ready Ground Tomatoes|
|1/3 cup||red onion, chopped|
|1||Pastene minced garlic|
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Puree, in batches if necessary, in blender or food processor.
- Return to pan and simmer another 5 minutes before serving.
