Ingredients

1 cup | vegetable stock | |
1 cup | chicken stock | |
2 cups | tomato juice | |
1 cup | Pastene Kitchen Ready Ground Tomatoes | |
1/3 cup | red onion, chopped | |
1 | Pastene minced garlic |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Puree, in batches if necessary, in blender or food processor.
- Return to pan and simmer another 5 minutes before serving.
