Ingredients
2 cups | Pastene Hummus or store bought | |
½ | lemon, juiced | |
1 | 6.5 oz jar Pastene Quartered and Marinated Artichoke Hearts, roughly chopped | |
1 | red pepper or ½ yellow and ½ red pepper, chopped | |
⅓ | English cucumber, seeded and chopped | |
¼ cup | Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, roughly chopped | |
3-4 | Pastene Golden Greek pepperoncini, roughly chopped | |
2 oz | crumbled feta cheese, optional |
Directions
- Make Pastene’s Hummus recipe or use store bought hummus, if desired
- Layer hummus on the bottom of the serving dish, 8-9” in diameter.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the hummus.
- Add layers of artichokes, pepper, cucumber, olives and pepperoncini over hummus. Top with feta if desired. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Enjoy with pita chips!
