Layered Greek Hummus


2 cups Pastene Hummus or store bought
½ lemon, juiced
1 6.5 oz jar Pastene Quartered and Marinated Artichoke Hearts, roughly chopped
1 red pepper or ½ yellow and ½ red pepper, chopped
English cucumber, seeded and chopped
¼ cup Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, roughly chopped
3-4 Pastene Golden Greek pepperoncini, roughly chopped
2 oz crumbled feta cheese, optional


  • Make Pastene’s Hummus recipe or use store bought hummus, if desired
  • Layer hummus on the bottom of the serving dish, 8-9” in diameter. 
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the hummus.
  • Add layers of artichokes, pepper, cucumber, olives and pepperoncini over hummus. Top with feta if desired. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 
  • Enjoy with pita chips!
