|1 (10 oz) can||Pastene Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained|
|3 cups||cheddar cheese, shredded|
|cilantro to taste|
In a medium pot, melt the butter.
When melted add the flour. Stir well. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly.
Heat until just before boiling, then slowly add the cheese, stirring constantly.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add the Pastene Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies and heat until the tomatoes are hot.
Top with cilantro and enjoy!
