Pastene Whole Peeled Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

1 28 oz can Pastene Whole Peeled Tomatoes, draining ½ of the juice
1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
½ small red onion, chopped
2 medium jalapeños with seeds
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tsp Pastene Minced Garlic
¼ tsp kosher salt

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Stir to mix the ingredients together to be sure they blend evenly.
  • Pulse to your preferred texture, chunky or smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and taste. Add more lime or salt based on your preferences.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop before serving. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
