Ingredients
1 | 28 oz can Pastene Whole Peeled Tomatoes, draining ½ of the juice | |
1 cup | fresh cilantro, loosely packed | |
½ | small red onion, chopped | |
2 | medium jalapeños with seeds | |
2 Tbsp | freshly squeezed lime juice | |
2 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
¼ tsp | kosher salt |
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Stir to mix the ingredients together to be sure they blend evenly.
- Pulse to your preferred texture, chunky or smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and taste. Add more lime or salt based on your preferences.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop before serving. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
