Roasted Black Beans

Ingredients

Serves 2
2 (14 oz) cansPastene Black Beans
2 TbspPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tspPastene Minced Garlic
1 TbspPastene Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
¼ cupparsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder, to taste
paprika, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Drain and rinse black beans. Spread out the beans on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and mix into black beans. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven Stir beans and olive oil. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. 
  • Finish drizzling some Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional, and parsley.
