|2 ½ oz
|dry white vermouth
|Pastene Golden Greek Pepperoncini, as garnish
|optional: a few flecks of red pepper flakes
- Fill a cocktail shaker half with ice. Add vodka, vermouth and brine from the peperoncini.
- Using a long cocktail spoon, stir the cocktail until very cold, at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into the chilled martini glass and garnish with peperoncini peppers and sprinkle with a few dried red chili flakes.
- If you prefer a martini on the rocks, add ice to the rocks glass and fill with the cocktail, garnish with the peperoncini pepper and chili flakes.
