Pastene Dirty Peperoncini Martini


2 ½ oz vodka
½ oz dry white vermouth
½ oz pepperoncini brine
Pastene Golden Greek Pepperoncini, as garnish
optional: a few flecks of red pepper flakes


  • Fill a cocktail shaker half with ice.  Add vodka, vermouth and brine from the peperoncini. 
  • Using a long cocktail spoon, stir the cocktail until very cold, at least 30 seconds.
  • Strain into the chilled martini glass and garnish with peperoncini peppers and sprinkle with a few dried red chili flakes.  
  • If you prefer a martini on the rocks, add ice to the rocks glass and fill with the cocktail, garnish with the peperoncini pepper and chili flakes.
