Marinade
2 Tbsp | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1/4 Cup | Pastene Red Wine Vinegar | |
1 Tbsp | dijon mustard | |
1 Tbsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
½ tsp | dried Italian seasoning | |
⅛ tsp | fresh coarse ground black pepper |
Directions
- Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper to a bowl and whisk.
- To marinade meats: pour marinade in a heavy-duty sealable plastic bag or a glass dish. Select a dish in which the foods will fit snugly but lie flat.
- Turn food occasionally during marinating so that all sides are equally exposed. Marinate at least 30 minute but remember the longer time marinating the more tender and favorable the meat.
- Grill or cook meat accordingly.
