|2 Tbsp||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1/4 Cup||Pastene Red Wine Vinegar|
|1 Tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|½ tsp||dried Italian seasoning|
|⅛ tsp||fresh coarse ground black pepper|
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
- Pour marinade in a heavy-duty sealable plastic bag or a glass dish. Select dishes in which the foods will fit snugly but lie flat.
- Turn food occasionally during marinating so that all sides are equally exposed to the marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes but remember the longer time marinating the more tender and flavorous the meat.
- Grill or cook food.
