Red Wine Vinegar Marinade


2 Tbsp Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Pastene Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Pastene Minced Garlic
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
⅛ tsp fresh coarse ground black pepper


  • Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper to a bowl and whisk. 
  • To marinade meats: pour marinade in a heavy-duty sealable plastic bag or a glass dish. Select a dish in which the foods will fit snugly but lie flat.
  • Turn food occasionally during marinating so that all sides are equally exposed. Marinate at least 30 minute but remember the longer time marinating the more tender and favorable the meat.
  • Grill or cook meat accordingly.
