Tuna Salad Sandwich


Serves 2-3
5 oz can Pastene Tonno in Olive Oil - drained
2 Tbsp Pastene Capers, drained
2 Tbsp Pastene Deli-Sliced Peperoncini, drained
1 rib celery, finely chopped
3 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Pastene Red Wine Vinegar
freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste


Prep time: 10 minutes

  • Drain the tuna, letting some oil cling to the tuna.
  • In a small bowl place tuna, celery, red onion and mix together.
  • Add the capers, peperoncini, vinegar and mix.
  • Place on bread, a roll or on top of lettuce and enjoy.
