Gorgonzola Sauce


¾ lbGorgonzola dolce
1 cupheavy cream
16 ozPastene Mafaldine, recommended
1 cupPastene Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
1 tspblack pepper


  • In a medium saucepan, brown a tablespoon of minced garlic, add the heavy cream until it boils, chop up the gorgonzola and whisk.

  • Once melted, throw in a cup of Parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of freshly cracked pepper. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.

  • Stir in your favorite Pastene pasta, we recommend mafaldine and serve immediately.

  • If possible, warm your bowl or plate in the oven before serving to avoid congealing.
