|1 cup||heavy cream|
|16 oz||Pastene Mafaldine, recommended|
|1 cup||Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|1 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|1 tsp||black pepper|
In a medium saucepan, brown a tablespoon of minced garlic, add the heavy cream until it boils, chop up the gorgonzola and whisk.
Once melted, throw in a cup of Parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of freshly cracked pepper. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
Stir in your favorite Pastene pasta, we recommend mafaldine and serve immediately.
If possible, warm your bowl or plate in the oven before serving to avoid congealing.
