Gorgonzola Sauce


2 TbspPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbspcrumbled gorgonzola cheese
1green onion, minced
4 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese (for topping)
fresh black pepper to taste


  • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine olive oil, gorgonzola cheese, green onion, garlic, and pepper. 
  • Warm slowly for about 5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until the sauce is nice and creamy.
  • Serve sauce over Pastene’s Mafaldine or Regine pasta.
