¾ lb | gorgonzola dolce, chopped | |
1 cup | heavy cream | |
1 cup | Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese | |
1 tsp | black pepper | |
1 lb | Pastene Italian Mafaldine, recommended |
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5-10 minutes
- Chop the gorgonzola into smaller portions for easy melting.
- Melt butter and brown the minced garlic. Add the heavy cream until it boils and gradually introduce gorgonzola with a whisk.
- Once melted, add parmesan cheese and pepper. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
- Cook your favorite pasta, we recommend mafaldine, toss to coat and serve immediately in warm bowls.
