Black Bean Hummus


Makes 1 ½ cups
114 oz can Pastene Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 tspPastene Minced Garlic
¼ cupPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsplime juice
1 Tbspgluten free tahini
1 tspground coriander seed
¾ tspsalt
3 Tbspcilantro


Prep time: 5-10 minutes

  • In a food processor, add beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, tahini, ground coriander and salt. Process until smooth. 
  • Scrape sides, add cilantro and process to combine. 
  • Serve with pita bread or crackers of your choice.
