Black Bean Hummus


Makes 1 ½ cups
1 14 oz can Pastene Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp Pastene Minced Garlic
¼ cup Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp gluten free tahini
1 tsp ground coriander seed
¾ tsp salt
3 Tbsp cilantro


Prep time: 5-10 minutes

  • In a food processor, add beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, tahini, ground coriander and salt. Process until smooth. 
  • Scrape sides, add cilantro and process to combine. 
  • Serve with pita bread or crackers of your choice.
