Ingredients
Makes 1 ½ cups
1 | 14 oz can Pastene Black Beans, drained and rinsed | |
1 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
¼ cup | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
2 Tbsp | lime juice | |
1 Tbsp | gluten free tahini | |
1 tsp | ground coriander seed | |
¾ tsp | salt | |
3 Tbsp | cilantro |
Directions
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
- In a food processor, add beans, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, tahini, ground coriander and salt. Process until smooth.
- Scrape sides, add cilantro and process to combine.
- Serve with pita bread or crackers of your choice.
