|1 (32 ounce) jar||Pastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry|
|½ cup||Italian flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|4 oz||cream cheese|
|6 oz||Feta cheese, crumbled|
|¼ cup||lemon juice|
- In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Feta cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Fill a ziplock bag full of mixture and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors.
- Pipe stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve.
