1 | 32 oz jar Pastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry | |
¼ cup | lemon juice | |
½ cup | flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped | |
1 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
2 Tbsp | Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese | |
6 oz | feta, crumbled | |
4 oz | cream cheese | |
1 tsp | salt | |
1 tsp | pepper |
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, parmesan, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- Place stuffing ingredients a ziplock bag, seal and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors.
- Pipe the stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve.
