Cheesy Stuffed Hot Cherry Peppers


Serves 12
1 32 oz jar Pastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 tsp Pastene Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 oz feta, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


Prep time: 10 minutes

  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, parmesan, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Place stuffing ingredients a ziplock bag, seal and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors. 
  • Pipe the stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve.
