|1||32 oz jar Pastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry|
|¼ cup||lemon juice|
|½ cup||flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|6 oz||feta, crumbled|
|4 oz||cream cheese|
Prep time: 10 minutes
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, parmesan, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- Place stuffing ingredients a ziplock bag, seal and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors.
- Pipe the stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve.
