Cheesy Stuffed Hot Cherry Peppers


Serves 7
132 oz jar Pastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry
¼ cuplemon juice
½ cupflat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
2 TbspPastene Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 ozfeta, crumbled
4 ozcream cheese
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper


Prep time: 10 minutes

  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, parmesan, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Place stuffing ingredients a ziplock bag, seal and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors. 
  • Pipe the stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve.
