Cheesy Stuffed Hot Cherry Peppers


Serves 7
1 (32 ounce) jarPastene Hot Cherry Cored Peppers, rinsed and patted dry
½ cupItalian flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 TbspPastene Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
4 ozcream cheese
6 ozFeta cheese, crumbled
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
¼ cuplemon juice


  • In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Feta cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill a ziplock bag full of mixture and snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors. 
  • Pipe stuffing mixture into each of the cored peppers and serve. 
  • Mangia bene!
