Makes about 2 ½ cups
|1 (10 ounce) can||Pastene Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained, finely chopped|
|½ (10 ounce can)||Pastene Tri-Color Tomato Wedges, drained|
|4 Tbsp||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|¼ cup||fresh basil, thinly sliced|
|1||French baguette, pieces sliced 1" thick|
|1 tsp||kosher salt|
- Combine drained tomatoes, basil, olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
- Toasted baguette and slice into 1″ thick pieces
- Place ¼ cup of bruschetta on toasted bread.
