Pastene Bruschetta


Makes about 2 ½ cups
1 (10 oz) canPastene Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained, finely chopped
1 (10 oz) canPastene Tri-Color Tomato Wedges, drained
4 TbspPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
¼ cupfresh basil, thinly sliced
1French baguette, pieces sliced 1" thick
1 tspkosher salt
½ tsppepper


  • Combine drained tomatoes, basil, olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  • Toasted baguette and slice into 1″ thick pieces
  • Place ¼ cup of bruschetta on toasted bread.
