|½ cup||Pastene Organic Apple Cider Vinegar|
|1½ tsp||kosher salt|
|1 cup||warm water|
|1||red onion, thinly sliced|
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Whisk water, cider vinegar, salt, and sugar in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place onion in a jar and pour vinegar mixture over the onions. We recommend reusing an old Pastene sauce jar.
- Let sit the jar of onions sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Use for salads, sandwiches, tacos, & more!
