Pastene Pickled Onions

Ingredients

3-4 Servings
½ cupPastene Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbspsugar
1½ tspkosher salt
1 cupwarm water
1red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Whisk water, Pastene Apple Cider Vinegar, salt, & sugar in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.
  • Place onion in a jar (we recommend using an old Pastene Sauce jar); pour vinegar mixture over the onions.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Use for salads, sandwiches, tacos, & more!
