1/2 cup | Pastene apple cider vinegar | |
1 tbsp | sugar | |
1 1/2 tsp | kosher salt | |
1 cup | warm water | |
1 | red onion, thinly sliced |
Directions
- Whisk water, Pastene Apple Cider Vinegar, salt, & sugar in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place onion in a jar (we recommend using an old Pastene Sauce jar); pour vinegar mixture over the onions.
- Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Use for salads, sandwiches, tacos, & more!
