½ cup | Pastene Organic Apple Cider Vinegar | |
1 Tbsp | sugar | |
1½ tsp | kosher salt | |
1 cup | warm water | |
1 | red onion, thinly sliced |
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Whisk water, cider vinegar, salt, and sugar in a small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place onion in a jar and pour vinegar mixture over the onions. We recommend reusing an old Pastene sauce jar.
- Let sit the jar of onions sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Use for salads, sandwiches, tacos, & more!
