|1 Tbsp||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|6 oz||sweet or spicy Italian sausage, casing removed|
|4 oz||fresh mozzarella, cut into ½” cubes|
|1||16 oz jar Pastene Autentico Vodka Sauce|
|12 oz||Pastene Italian Penne Rigate (about ¾ of a package)|
- In a medium saucepan, add the oil and warm on medium heat. Add the sausage and brown for 4 to 5 minutes, breaking up with the a wooden spoon. Add the Autentico Vodka Sauce and warm through.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente and drain well.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce and fresh mozzarella and serve.
