2 | salmon fillets, skinless and boneless | |
2 Tbsp | Pastene Sunflower Oil | |
1 Tbsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
1 bunch | asparagus, trimmed | |
2 | lemons, juiced | |
fresh dill for garnish | ||
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Prep time: 5-10 minutes | Cook time: 10-12 minutes
- Heat sunflower oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add salmon to skillet, skin side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Add trimmed asparagus to skillet with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon. Cook until asparagus is tender.
- Garnish with dill. Serve immediately.
