Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus


Serves 2
2salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
2 TbspPastene Sunflower Oil
1 TbspPastene Minced Garlic
1 bunchasparagus, trimmed
2lemons, juiced
dill for garnish
sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat sunflower oil in large a pan on medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon to pan, skin side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. 
  • Add trimmed asparagus to pan.
  • Add dill, salt and pepper, garlic, and lemon.
  •  Asparagus should be tender. Serve immediately
