1 1lb | salmon fillets | |
1 bunch | asparagus, trimmed | |
2 tbsp | Pastene Sunflower Oil | |
2 | lemons | |
2 tbsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
fresh or dried dill weed | ||
sea salt and pepper |
Directions
- Heat Pastene Sunflower Oil in large pan on medium-high heat.
- Add salmon to pan, skin side down.
- Add trimmed asparagus to pan.
- Add dill, salt and pepper, garlic, and lemon.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Asparagus should be tender.
