    Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus


    2 Servings
    1 1lbsalmon fillets
    1 bunchasparagus, trimmed
    2 tbspPastene sunflower oil
    2 tbspPastene minced garlic
    fresh or dried dill weed
    sea salt and peppe r


    • Heat Pastene Sunflower Oil in large pan on medium-high heat.
    • Add salmon to pan, skin side down.
    • Add trimmed asparagus to pan.
    • Add dill, salt and pepper, garlic, and lemon.
    • Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Asparagus should be tender.
    • Enjoy!
