Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus


Serves 2
2 salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
2 Tbsp Pastene Sunflower Oil
1 Tbsp Pastene Minced Garlic
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 lemons, juiced
fresh dill for garnish
salt and pepper to taste


Prep time: 5-10 minutes | Cook time: 10-12 minutes

  • Heat sunflower oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon to skillet, skin side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork. Add trimmed asparagus to skillet with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon. Cook until asparagus is tender. 
  • Garnish with dill. Serve immediately.
