|2||salmon fillets, skinless and boneless|
|2 Tbsp||Pastene Sunflower Oil|
|1 Tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|1 bunch||asparagus, trimmed|
|dill for garnish|
|sea salt and pepper to taste|
- Heat sunflower oil in large a pan on medium-high heat.
- Add salmon to pan, skin side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until salmon easily flakes off with a fork.
- Add trimmed asparagus to pan.
- Add dill, salt and pepper, garlic, and lemon.
- Asparagus should be tender. Serve immediately
