Ingredients
2 cups | Pastene Italian Orzo | |
1 Tbsp | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
½ cup | Pasterner Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for serving | |
1 Tbsp | butter | |
¾ tsp | salt | |
⅛ tsp | red pepper flakes | |
pepper to taste |
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
- In a small pan, warm the oil over medium heat and add the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the orzo, olive oil, garlic, butter and salt.
- Toss with red pepper flakes, cheese, pepper and serve warm.
