Essential Vinaigrette


About 1 1/2 cups
1 cup Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
⅓ cup Pastene Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper


Prep time: 10 minutes

  • Whisk together vinegar, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
