Makes about 1 cup
|1/2 cup||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1/4 cup||Pastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar|
|1/4 cup||Dry white wine|
|1 tbsp||Fresh thyme, chopped|
|1 tbsp||Fresh oregano, chopped|
|2 tbsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, and white wine with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Marinate for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. Use this marinade for vegetables or chicken.
