Wine and Fresh Herb Marinade


Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cupPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cupPastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar
1/4 cupDry white wine
1Bay Leaf
1 tbspFresh thyme, chopped
1 tbspFresh oregano, chopped
2 tbspPastene Minced Garlic


  • Mix olive oil, vinegar, and white wine with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Marinate for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. Use this marinade for vegetables or chicken.
