½ cup | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
¼ cup | Pastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar | |
2 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
¼ cup | dry white wine | |
1 tsp | fresh thyme, minced | |
1 tsp | oregano, minced | |
8 | Peppercorns |

Prep time: 10 minutes
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, and white wine with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Use this marinade for vegetables or chicken.
