- Kitchen Ready® Ground Tomatoes: Pastene’s signature product is made from sun-ripened California tomatoes, harvested once a year at peak ripeness, and freshly packed within five hours. Its Kitchen Ready tomatoes are uniquely flavorful because they are steam peeled and topped with fresh tomato puree for extra sweetness and texture.
- San Marzano D.O.P. Tomatoes: Packed with basil for added flavor, authentic San Marzano Tomatoes are individually numbered and include an official D.O.P. notation on each can, ensuring that the tomatoes are from the Sarnese-Nocerino area of Italy where true San Marzano tomatoes are grown.
- Marinated Mushrooms: These baby button mushrooms are marinated in a mouth-watering blend of oil, vinegar, and fresh herbs. They’re a must when putting together an antipasto, or charcuterie board.
- Pasta (including up to 25 cuts): Our Pastas are all imported directly from Italy and made from the finest durum wheat semolina. We offer over 30 cuts of pasta ranging from rigatoni to bucatini, as well as organic and Gluten-Free varieties.
- Sauces: Prepared with only the highest quality tomatoes, we offer traditional Italian sauces, like Tomato Basil and Tomato Garlic as well as one-of-a-kind sauces, like our Chateau Restaurant Tomato and Marinara sauces.
