|1||French baguette, sliced|
|2 cans||Pastene Sardines, mashed|
|2 Tbsp||softened butter|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|¼ cup||scallions, finely chopped|
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes
- Cut baguette into 1″ thick slices and bake until toasted.
- Place sardines, butter, and juice in a bowl and mash with a fork to thoroughly combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread onto each baguette slice and sprinkle chopped spring onion on top.
- Serve and enjoy.
