|2 cans||Pastene Sardines, mashed|
|Juice from ½ lemon|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|1 oz||softened butter|
|¼ cup||spring onion, finely chopped|
|French baguette, sliced 1” thick|
- Slice baguette into 1 inch thick slices, and cook in the oven, or grill until nicely toasted
- Place sardines, butter, and juice in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top of each slice.
