Gazpacho Pastene Style


Serves 4
1 (28 oz) canPastene Chunky Kitchen Ready Tomatoes
1 ½ cupenglish cucumber, diced
red onion, chopped
¾ cupyellow pepper
5-6Pastene Sliced Jalapeno
1 TbspPastene Hot Crushed Peppers
2 tspPastene Red Wine Vinegar
2 tspPastene Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh basil for garnish
pinch of Himalayan salt
black pepper to taste


  • In a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients in batches if necessary.
  • Refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight. Serve chilled with fresh basil!
