Greek Style Watermelon Salad


3-4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
2 cups ripe tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 cucumber, peeled,seeded, sliced and quartered
1 small red onion, sliced
⅓ cup Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, halved
⅓ cup crumbled feta
chopped fresh mint
Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Pastene Red Wine Vinegar, for drizzling
salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta and mint. 
  • Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss and serve.
