Pastene Tapenade


Serves 7
½7.5 oz jar Pastene Oil Cured Black Olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
16.5 oz jar Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, coarsely chopped
4 TbspPastene Capers, rinsed drained and chopped
4 tspPastene Minced Garlic
2 tspfresh savory leaves, chopped
⅔ cupPastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
kosher salt to taste


Prep time: 5 minutes 

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste if desired. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
  • Transfer to bowl and serve with pita crackers or crusty french bread.
