|½||7.5 oz jar Pastene Oil Cured Black Olives, pitted|
|1||6.5 oz jar Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives|
|4 Tbsp||Pastene Capers, drained and rinsed|
|4 tsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|2 tsp||fresh savory leaves|
|⅔ cup||Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|kosher salt to taste|
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt to taste if desired. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
- Transfer to bowl and serve with pita crackers or crusty french bread.
