Pastene Tapenade


Serves 7
½ (7.5 ounce) jarPastene Oil Cured Black Olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 (6.5 oz) jarPastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, coarsely chopped
4 TbspPastene Capers, rinsed drained and chopped
4 tspPastene Minced Garlic
2sprigs of fresh savory, chopped
⅔ cupsPastene Olive Oil
Optional: Kosher Salt to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add salt to taste if desired. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
  • Serve with Pita Crackers or Crusty French Bread.
