Ingredients

½ | 7.5 oz jar Pastene Oil Cured Black Olives, pitted | |
1 | 6.5 oz jar Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives | |
4 Tbsp | Pastene Capers, drained and rinsed | |
4 tsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
2 tsp | fresh savory leaves | |
⅔ cup | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
kosher salt to taste |
Directions
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt to taste if desired. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
- Transfer to bowl and serve with pita crackers or crusty french bread.
