|½ (7.5 ounce) jar||Pastene Oil Cured Black Olives, pitted and coarsely chopped|
|1 (6.5 oz) jar||Pastene Pitted Kalamata Olives, coarsely chopped|
|4 Tbsp||Pastene Capers, rinsed drained and chopped|
|4 tsp||Pastene Minced Garlic|
|2||sprigs of fresh savory, chopped|
|⅔ cups||Pastene Olive Oil|
|Optional: Kosher Salt to taste|
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add salt to taste if desired. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix.
- Serve with Pita Crackers or Crusty French Bread.
