Autentico San Marzano D.O.P. Sauce
This special sauce uses authentic D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes, grown exclusively in the Sarnese-Nocerino region of Italy at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. The rich, volcanic soil makes them sweet and delicious, then they’re slow-cooked to perfection. This special sauce blends San Marzano tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil, basil, and garlic—an elevated flavor you can taste in every bite.
This sauce pairs best with longer cuts of pasta to soak up the flavor including pappardelle, capellini, & spaghettini. It also makes for an amazing pizza sauce.
